  Dolphin Cay Condominiums - If you are considering using Glendale, pack your stuff up and run the other direction. I have never worked with someone whos "WORD" was more worthless than the people from Glendale. Our condo was supposed to take 3 months to paint and it was over 15 months and it is still a mess. Paint spilled all over my deck and 3 coats of paint on may railing that still needs to be refinished. This group cannot be trusted to do what they say. They promise something then renege on the promise. The world would be better off with these guys not in business. If you are looking to get your condo painted, I would use monkeys before I used Glendale ever again. I would have given zero stars, but then people would think I just forgot to mark them.
